In preparation for creating my own college magazine I have researched both a college magazine and The Daily Mail magazine, analysing them both. 

Both magazines have a very clear main image linking to the headlines and the topic it is talking about. However, both magazines have a clear contrast between the colours used which both give a different effect. I plan to use the following magazine cover as a template and inspirations in creating my own magazine...
